Getting Started with Payments AI

This article will help you get started with Payments AI. Below is a video to help you get started!

Prior to getting started, you will need the following:

  • A ClickFunnels 2.0 account.
  • Information about your business.

Payments.AI is a new payment processor in ClickFunnels 2.0. You can accept payments by using Payment AI on your ClickFunnels 2.0 account. Payment Gateways such as Stripe or Paypal can be used along with Payments.AI.

Important note: For subscription products, you must use PaymentsAI as a primary payment gateway. Subscription products are not available using Stripe or PayPal at this moment.

Payments.AI will allow you to:

  1. Create, manage and edit subscriptions
  2. Create, manage and edit trials
  3. Create and edit products
  4. Create orders
  5. Process payments and refunds
  6. Send invoices

Signing Up For Your Payments AI Account

  1. From your left side menu, click on Payments.
  2. You will be taken to another tab. Select your country and agree to the Privacy Policy by checking the box.
  3. You will receive a pop-up that will tell you to prepare all your business information. Click on Continue.

Add Business Information and Business Address

  1. Add your business information.
    1. Business name
    2. Business email address
    3. Business website
    4. Business phone number
    5. Employer identification Number (EIN)
    6. Credit card statement name
    7. Annual sales volume
    8. Business type
    9. Business category
    10. Description of products and services
  2. Add your business address. You can use your personal address if you don’t have a physical address for your business.
    1. State
    2. City
    3. Zip
    4. Address 1
    5. Address 2 (optional)

Add Owner Information and Address

  1. Add the Business Owner information.
    1. First name
    2. Last name
    3. Email address
    4. Date of birth
    5. Phone number
    6. Government ID number
  2. Add the Business Owner's address. In this step, you can select the address provided in step 5 or add a different one.

Add Billing Information

  1. Add your Billing information.
    1. Bank country
    2. Bank account number
    3. Routing number
    4. Type of bank account
    5. Bank address state
    6. Minimal Payout amount
    7. Refund reserve amount
  2. Upload the requested documents. This is optional at this time and can be completed later.
Important Note. The system will verify the information; this process can take up to two days. Once the information is verified, you will be ready. If the information is not verified, you will receive an email showing the information that needs to be re-submitted.
