General Settings Section Overview

In this article, we will cover an Overview of the GeneralSettings section located in the Settings.  Below is a video to help you get started!

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:

  • A ClickFunnels 2.0 Account.
  • (optional) You may benefit from completing the module Introduction to ClickFunnels 2.0.

How can you adjust your workplace settings, including name, subdomain, image, and account currency?  Going through the General Settings section of your account can allow you to configure all of these settings.  You can make these changes anytime and make your workspace fit your style.

Some settings in your workspace will also impact your sales functionality.  Your currency of choice will determine how sales in your workspace are calculated.  You can also set up a prefix or suffix to your sales numbers for your own bookkeeping purposes.

How to Configure Your General Settings

Your workspace General Settings has a wide range of options you can set.  You can change any number of these settings at any given time.

Accessing Your General Settings

  1. In your account, click on the Settings tab on the left-hand side of your screen.


  2. This will automatically open the General tab, but you can select it on the Settings Submenu.

Configuring Your General Settings

  1. You can use this field to set the Name of your workspace.  This will be visible to you and any collaborators and can be useful for keeping track of your workspace.
  1. You can use these links to change the imagefor your Workspace logo or remove it entirely.
  2. You can set your workspace Subdomain using this field.  This subdomain must be unique to your account.  This subdomain will appear before on any page for which you have not yet set a custom domain.
  3. You can select from a list of options for the Currency used within your workspace.
  4. (Optional) Use this field to set an Order NumberPrefix.  This prefix will come before any orders are made to this workspace.  Setting up a prefix in this way can help you to track sales made in this workspace.


  5. (Optional) Use this field to set an Order Number Suffix.  This suffix will come after any orders are made to this workspace.  Setting up a suffix this way can help you track sales made in this workspace.
  6. Click the black button marked Update Workspace when you have made changes.  This will save your changes and update the workspace to the new settings.  If you do not click on Update Workspace, your changes will not be applied.
