Notifications Section Overview

In this article, we will cover an Overview of the Notifications Section located in the Settings.Below is a video to help you get started!

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:

  • A ClickFunnels 2.0 account.
  • (optional) You may benefit from completing the module Introduction to ClickFunnels 2.0.

How can you check for system updates or changes in your workspace or ClickFunnels account?  By checking your account notifications, you can see a log of recent updates and changes in your account.  You can use this to confirm that a collaborator change has been applied correctly or if there are any billing issues with your account.


Checking Your Notifications

Where to Find Your Notifications

You can access your notifications in two ways in your ClickFunnels account.

  1. Click on the bell icon in the top right corner of your screen from within your ClickFunnels account.

    1. You will know that there is a new notification if you see the red dot on the bell.
    2. Clicking on the bell icon will open the dropdown window in the image, showing recent notifications.

  2. You can also access your notifications through the Settings tab on the right-hand side of the screen.

    1. Click on the Settings gear icon on the left-hand side of your ClickFunnels dashboard.
    2. Click on the Notifications tab in the settings submenu that pops up.

Clearing Read Notifications

Once you have read your notifications, you may wish to clear them.  This can help keep your notifications uncluttered so that you can easily read through any new notifications relevant to you.

  1. Following the steps above, access your notifications using either of the methods outlined.
  2. Click on the button marked dismiss under a notification.  This will dismiss this notification permanently.
