In this article, we will cover an Overview of the My Assets section located in Settings.Below is a video to help you get started!

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:

  • An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account.

How can you use images, course videos, audio files, downloadable content, and custom fonts with your ClickFunnels pages?  You can access all of these resources in the editor by uploading these files to the My Assets section of your account settings.  You can then use them to make your course, funnel, or pages engaging to your audience.

How to Access My Assets In Your Account

  1. Go to the Settings tab on the left-hand side of the screen.

  3. You will now see a page displaying an array of file types.  You can select the type of file you wish to upload or access.

    a.  Image files can be uploaded in the Image tab.  Images uploaded here will appear in your gallery within the editor.

    b.  Course Videos files can be uploaded in the Video tab.  Videos uploaded here can be used within a video element.

    c.  Multiple file types can be uploaded in the Downloads tab.  This tab contains files that your audience will be able to download while engaging with your funnel or course.

    d.  Audio files can be uploaded in the Audio File tab.  This is intended for sound files that will play on your pages.

    e.  Font files can be uploaded in the Fonts tab.  This tab can be accessed to upload new fonts used in the page editor.

Please Note: Clicking on any of these tabs will take you to the relevant files.

My Assets Page Layout

The My Assets section of your account has different layouts depending on the file type.  Image files have a gallery layout when set to cards view but can be set to a more standard table view

The Image page layout appears like this:

  1. You can use this button to Add New Image.  This button replaces the word “Image” with the appropriate file type for other file types.  We will discuss uploading files in the lesson Uploading Files.
  2. You can use this search bar to search for files by name.  Searching in a section such as images, course videos, etc., will only turn up files of that type.
  3. You can use this button to sort your files.  Sorting characteristics will vary by file type and be specific to the features of those files.
  4. You can use this button to change the view for your files.  The Image section defaults to the gallery-style cards view but can be listed in the table view (seen below).
  5. You can use this button to adjust the settings on a file.  We will discuss file settings in the lesson Uploading Files.
  6. You can use this delete file button to remove a file from your uploaded files.

File types other than Image Files are sorted in the Table View.  This view lists files vertically in the order chosen using the Sort feature.

  1. This file layout has the file name, information about the file, and the delete file button arranged horizontally.  This view also shows the date of upload.  For files with a setting option, the Settings button is immediately to the left of the delete file button.
