In this article, we will cover the Segments Section located within the Contacts Tab. Below is a video to help you get started!
- A ClickFunnels 2.0 account.
When several contacts are collected, some of them will be more active on your funnel than others.
That’s why Segmentation is important. You want to personalize their experience according to the level of activity they have with your site.
You can create Segments inside of your ClickFunnels account. These Segments will work as filters to group your contacts according to their activity level.
Creating a segment

From the left side menu, click on Contacts.

Click on Segments.

Click on Add New Segment.

Add a name for the Segment.

Click on Create a Filter.
- You can create a filter based on the variants of the first column.
- You can create AND filters. This means that the contact must meet ALL the rules created to show.
- You can create OR filters. This means that the contact must meet at least one of the rules created in order to show.
- Once you have created all your filter rules, click Create segment.
- Your Segment’s dashboard will show the existing Segments that you can edit or delete at any time.
- When you click on each Segment, you will see the contacts that meet that segment's criteria.
