Funnels Section Overview

Andrew B

In this article, we will cover an Overview of the Funnels Section located within Site & Funnels. Below is a video to help you get started!

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:

  • An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account.

How can you guide your audience through your website on an engaging path that builds a strong brand affinity?  A sales funnel type site lets you build your website to curate your visitor experience.  Once an audience member visits your site, you can guide them through pages built for their choices.  You can gather contacts, build leads, or even make sales.

Accessing the Funnels Section

You can access the Funnels section of your ClickFunnels account with the following steps:

  1. In your account, click on the Site and Funnels button on the left-hand side of your screen.

  1. Clicking on the black Create Funnel button will create a new funnel.
  2. The course filter has options for filtering the displayed funnels.  The filters are as follows:

    a.  All: This displays all funnels created in your account.

    b.  Imported: This displays all funnels imported from other accounts.

    c.  Archived:  This displays non-active funnels that have been archived.  Archived funnels are not visible to visitors and are effectively deleted.  You can get an archived funnel back.

  3. This search bar allows you to search for funnels by name.
  4. This is an example of a created funnel.  The funnel listing shows the funnel name, number of steps, unique visitors, pageviews, opt-ins, sales, and project collaborators.  Clicking on the name of a funnel will take you to that funnel’s workflow.

The Funnel Workflow

The Funnel workflow shows the path that visitors to your funnel may proceed through based on their choices in the funnel.  This map shows the layout of your funnel and how pages are connected.

  1. This is a Funnel Page in the workflow map.  The funnel page type and a thumbnail of the page will appear here.
  2. This bar indicates that a decision can be made on the workflow map.  Depending on the choice made by the visitors to the funnel, they may be sent to different resulting pages.
  3. This area of the workflow map is not yet filled in.  It can be completed by adding more pages in the funnel.  The map leads to any end or ends that the funnel may have.
  4. This button activates stats for Funnel Page markers.  Clicking on it will show an at-a-glance view of opt-ins and sales made on each page.
  5. This button allows you to perform several actions:

    a.  Change the Name set for this funnel by filling in this field.

    b.  Change the Domain set for this funnel by selecting from the drop-down options.

    c.  Change the Pathway set for the first funnel step by filling in this field.

    d.  Select if you wish this funnel to be live or in a test mode with this toggle.
