Overview of Site and Funnels

In this article, we will cover an Overview of Site and Funnels located in ClickFunnels 2.0. Below is a video to help you get started!


 

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:

  • An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account.

 

Do you want to add your company logo and branding to your site and its pages?

Do you also use third-party analytics software that you want to add to your site and all of its pages at once? Any website needs to have a consistent design and branding for business. The Sites & Funnels Overview in ClickFunnels 2.0 provides the tools and settings required for this.

 


 

Accessing The Overview

  1. To access the Sites & Funnels Overview, click on Sites & Funnels.

  2. Then click on Overview.

Summary Of The Overview

The Site Overview page provides access to settings that affect your entire site and all of your pages. It provides quick access to the most commonly used features, such as themes, style guides, and the ClickFunnels Page Editor.

  1. Site URL: The URL for your site’s homepage. This is the link you would share to direct visitors to your site.
  2. Preview: Open a preview of your site. You will see your site’s homepage and can test the functionality from there.
  3. Customize: This button will open up the ClickFunnels Page Editor, allowing you to customize your current theme pages, site pages, and style guide. We will discuss some of the theme pages in the Customize section below.
  4. Ellipsis Menu: This three-dot menu provides shortcuts to additional options relating to the site, theme, and style guide.

    a) Site settings: Opens the Site Settings. These settings are discussed in more detail in the Site Settings section below.
    b) Edit style guide: This will open the editor for the active style guide.
    c) Theme settings: This will open the settings for the active theme. Theme settings are discussed in more detail in another lesson.
    d) Customize theme: This opens the ClickFunnels Page Editor for the active theme, allowing you to customize the theme-specific pages (It will not show site pages, standalone pages, or other pages unrelated to theme pages).
    e) Duplicate: This will create a clone of the active theme.

  5. Draft Themes: These are all the themes you have installed and worked on. Keep customizing and editing content in the draft themes, then set them Live when you are happy with the changes.

    a) Explore new themes: This button opens the Theme Marketplace, allowing you to browse and install pre-made themes.
    b) 
    Preview: Open a preview of the theme.
    c) Customize: This opens the ClickFunnels Page Editor for the specific theme, allowing you to customize the theme-specific pages.
    d) Ellipsis Menu: This three-dot menu provides shortcuts to additional options relating to the specific theme.

    i) Publish: Use this option to promote the selected theme to the active theme for your site.
    ii) Theme settings: This will open the settings for the specific theme. Theme settings are discussed in more detail in another lesson.
    iii) Duplicate: This will create a clone of the specific theme.

    e) View all themes: A shortcut to the Themes section of your account, allowing you to view all the themes you have installed. The Themes section is discussed in another lesson.

  6. Setup Checklist: A basic checklist to get your site started. Clicking on the checklist items will direct you to the relevant pages where you can perform the recommended action.
  7. Settings: This gear icon opens the Site Settings. These settings are discussed in more detail in the Site Settings section below. These are the same Site Settings you can access from the Ellipsis Menu mentioned above.
  8. Analytics: A quick look into the site’s overall performance. Shows the total number of sales and leads for the site.

Customize

The customize button on the Overview page opens the ClickFunnels Page Editor for the Site. Within this context, the editor will allow you to customize your Theme Pages and Site Pages.

  1. To start customizing the active theme pages and site pages, click the Customize button to open the ClickFunnels Page Editor.

    These are the pages you can customize:

  1. Home page: The main page for your site. This will be the first page visitors will see when they visit your domain or site URL.
  2. Store front: The storefront is where you can sell your products more traditionally, using shopping carts and individual product pages. These pages are discussed in more detail in another lesson.
  3. Blog home: The blog home is the main page for your blog. These pages are discussed in more detail in another lesson.
  4. Customer center: A customer center is where customers can log in and manage their details, such as purchases, courses, payment methods, etc. These pages are discussed in more detail in another lesson.
  5. Course home: The course home is the page where available courses will appear. These pages are discussed in more detail in another lesson.
  6. Page not found: This is your “404 Error” page. If a visitor tries to view a page that does not exist on your site, this page will be displayed instead.
  7. Coming soon page: This page can indicate that the page that was attempted to be viewed is still under development. For example, if your site is Private, this page will be displayed instead of your home page.
  8. Site pages: This section will list all of your Site Pages. Pages and Site Pages are discussed in more detail in another lesson.

Site Settings

The Sites & Funnels Overview allows access to settings that apply to the entire site and its pages.

1. To access Site Settings, either click on the gear icon on the upper right corner of the Overview page or click on the ellipsis menu and select Site settings.

2. Adjust the settings to suit your needs:

    1. Site title: A title for the site.
    2. Domain: Select one of your configured domain names to use with the site and its pages. Domains are discussed in more detail in another lesson.
    3. Site favicon: An icon for the site. This icon will appear on visitors’ web browser tabs.
    4. Site Header Logo: Upload an image that you can use as a header logo for the site.
    5. Language: Specify which language you use on your site and pages.
    6. Time Zone: Specify the time zone for your site.
    7. Site availability: For customers to be able to view your site, this must be Public. Otherwise, if Private, only contributors can see it.

    8. Tracking codes: Add tracking codes to integrate third-party analytics and tracking software into all pages.

    9. Style: Manually set the style guide for the site. This will override the style guide of the active theme.

    10. Template page: A theme or template for the site and pages.
    11. Blog theme: Override the site’s theme and apply a specific theme to your blog.
    12. Store theme: Override the site’s theme and apply a specific theme to your store.
    13. Homepage: Override the site’s theme and use a specific page as your site’s homepage.
    14. Default page title: A default page title for new pages. Individual pages can override this.

    16. Default sharing image: A default sharing image displayed on search engines and social media sites. Individual pages can override this.
    17. Update site: When you are finished updating your site settings, click on the Update site button to save your changes.
