In this article, we will cover the Account Settings Setup. Below is a video to help you get started!

 

 

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:

 

  • An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account.

 


 

Let’s set up your account for success! In this aritcle, you will learn where to change your Workspace details. Give your Workspace a name and change the subdomain, so it has your business branding.

 

You will also learn where to edit your System Emails to your affiliates, leads, and customers; these are sent automatically by ClickFunnels 2.0.

 

In Marketing Settings, you can set up your Marketing Contact Address to avoid breaking the CAN-SPAM rules and automatically get your emails marked as SPAM.

 

Finally, you can add your Marketing Email addresses (from and reply to).

Setting up your Marketing addresses is essential because they’re the email(s) and branding your leads and customers will get from you.

 


 

General Settings and Workspace Details

 

  1. Click on the Settings Menu located in the Navigation Menu.

     

     

  2. Select General.

  3. Change your Workspace name to your liking; it can be your Brand Name or Personal Name.

  4. (Optional) Change your Workspace Logo Icon.

  5. (Optional) Change your Workspace and Site Subdomain. This subdomain will show in your Funnels’ URLs.

  6. You can update your Workspace by clicking the Update Workspace button on the top or bottom right (9).

  7. (Optional) Change the prefix and suffix of your order numbers.

  9. (Optional) Invite new team members and change team zone and language by clicking the Edit team settings button.

  10. When satisfied, click Update Workspace to save your changes.

 


 

System Emails

  1. Click on the Settings Menu located in the Navigation Menu.

     

     

  2. Select System Emails.

  3. Select the type of email you want to edit. You have Affiliate, Course, Optin, and Order options.

 


 

Marketing Settings

  1. Click on the Marketing Menu located in the Navigation Menu.

     

     

  2. Select Marketing Settings.

  3. Fill in your Marketing Contact Address to access all the options.

  4. Click on Email Addresses on the top menu.

     

     

  5. Click on the Add Email Address button.

  6. Fill in the Email Address details. This will be the email address you send your emails FROM.

     

     

  7. Click on the Add Email Address button.

  8. Go back to General Settings on the top menu.

     

     

  9. Scroll down and select your System Email Addresses and Marketing Email Addresses in the Company Email Addresses section.

     

     

    1. System Messages From Address: This email address will send automated system messages.

    2. System Messages Reply To Address: This email address will receive responses. Establishing this allows your customers to respond if they are experiencing an issue.

    3. Marketing From Address: This email address will power your marketing communications.

    4. Marketing Reply To Address: This email address will respond to your marketing messages.

       

  10. Click the SAVE button.
