Domains : How to Buy a New Domain

In this article, we will cover how to buy a new domain in ClickFunnels.

Before getting started, you will need to have the following:

• A ClickFunnels account

Important Notes: Please consider that, for ClickFunnels 2.0, all domains are purchased through IONOS, a 3rd party domain registrar we integrate with. ClickFunnels 2.0 does not offer a domain registrar service internally, and the purchase process described in this article will be through the IONOS system.

Step by Step Walk Through:

1. From the Site & Funnels menu, select Domains and click on the Buy New Domain button.

   
   
   

2. Enter the domain you want to buy in the search field to check its availability, and click the purchase domain button.

   
   
   

3. The app opens the IONOS website on a new tab. Click the Add to cart button.
   
   
   

4. Click the continue button at the bottom-right corner of the page, then follow the checkout prompts and choose your optional add-ons according to your preference.
   
   
   
5. Congratulations! You now know how to buy a domain in IONOS, connected to ClickFunnels.
   
   

Important Notes:

• In ClickFunnels 2.0, we have an integration with IONOS for domain purchases, and all domains are hosted and bought through IONOS, not ClickFunnels.
• DNS records must be managed from within your IONOS account, not ClickFunnels
