Workspace Dashboard : How to Get Help

When using your ClickFunnels account, you may find that you wish to get help in navigating or using your account. In addition to our help documents, we have support agents prepared to assist you as needed. Reaching out for help when you have a problem is a great way to get past an obstacle that is keeping you from having a successful time with ClickFunnels!

 

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:

  • You can reach out for help at any time without any requirements.


Step by Step Walk Through:

  1. You can open up the help assist bar by clicking on the search bar in the top center of the screen on all overview-type pages in ClickFunnels.

  2. You can also access this sidebar by clicking on the Life Preserver icon in the bottom left-hand corner of your page.

  3. Once this menu is open, you can browse by article type, or reach out to our support chat and help document database by clicking on the help widget at the bottom of this menu.

  4. This will open a side-window to our help tool. On this tool, you can reach out to live support by clicking Send Us a Message under Start a Conversation. This will put you in touch with one of our live support agents. You can also search for help documents under Search For Help.

  5. Congratulations! You now know how to access help documents and live support within ClickFunnels!
