Workspace Dashboard : Notifications

The notifications section on your workspace dashboard lets you know recent events that have occurred in your account. This can include updates to your account, payment information updates or issues, and integrations. Notifications can be viewed or dismissed from any part of your ClickFunnels account.

 

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:

  • A logged-in ClickFunnels account


Step by Step Walk Through:

  1. You can view existing notifications by clicking on the bell icon on the top right corner of your browser page when viewing any ClickFunnels dashboard. If you have received a new notification, the pink circle will have a number in it for the number of new notifications received since it was last checked.

  2. After clicking to view your existing notifications, you can click view on a specific notification in order to view any additional information that may be available. Alternatively, you can click dismiss, to remove a notification when you are done with it.

  3. You can also access your notifications by going to the Settings tab on the left-hand side of your screen.

    Once you have done so, you can click on the Notifications tab to bring you to the full list of system notifications that you have received.

  4. It can be useful to check the summary of a notification, as it may reflect a change to your account that you may wish to act upon.

     

  5. Congratulations, you are now familiar with notifications in ClickFunnels!
