Collaborators : Adding a Team Collaborator

In this article, we will cover adding a team collaborator to your workspace. This will allow you to have multiple Teammates working in your workspace at the same time. 
Part A

  1. From your Dashboard, click on Settings
  2. Click on Collaborators
  3. Click on Add new collaborator
  4. Select the Teammate from the Membership Dropdown Menu
    If the name of the collaborator is not on the list please go to Part B below.
  5. Set their Role(s)
  6. Click on Create Collaborator

Part B

  1. Click on the (+) icon to add a new Team Collaborator not listed in the drop-down menu.
  2. Enter the email, first and last names of the New team member as you would like it displayed.
  4. Click on Create
  5. An invitation to join the team will be sent to the email provided. Now return to Part A step 1
