Dashboard : Workspace Dashboard Overview

This article will provide an overview of the Workspace Dashboard. The Workspace Dashboard is separate from the Main Dashboard. Any changes made within this workspace will not affect other workspaces and vice versa. From the workspace dashboard, you can create web pages, blogs, courses, membership areas, and so much more.


WorkSpace Name and Team

In the top left corner, you will see the Image, workspace name and the team name working in this workspace.


This search is a global search bar that will allow you to search your account and all the Help Center articles. All Help Center articles will display on the page in the Help Widget.



Any notifications from ClickFunnels or the application itself will be accessed here.


User Info

Current User Name, Email and information can be found here. Clicking on either General Settings or the Language displayed will take you to the Personal Settings page for this user. You can also log out of the account by clicking on the Logout link.


Sales and Leads Information

The top center cards will display the current total sales and total leads generated within this workspace across all the pages created.


Create Button

The Create button will allow you to quickly move to the editor or page that will allow you to create Blog Posts, Broadcasts, Funnels, Pages, Products, or Workflows.



The Checklist card is currently in development and when complete will aid you in the process of getting your pages and workspaces up and running in the most efficient time possible.


Training and More

The Training and More Card will present you with current events, notifications, training and news from ClickFunnels.


Workspace Menu

The workspace menu is located on the left-hand side of the page. This menu will allow you to create various types of online sites, blogs, stores and so much more.


Sites & Funnels are where you will find the building tools for your online pages and themes in this workspace.


Products will be created and managed here and will be usable on any page in the workspace.


Orders are the page where you can see, manage and create all the recorded transactions made on pages in this workspace.


Contacts you will be able to see and manage all the recorded contacts and lead information collected from pages in this workspace.


Analytics will display and help you track and understand your informational needs from tracking performance to customer interaction.


Marketing will allow you to have great workflows that can be used on any of your pages. These workflows can range in function from building lists, page automation, email campaigns and more.


Sales is a section to track your sales interactions with your customers and sales teams.


Settings will be the location for all your account's important information, file storage, integrations and Account details.


Add an App will be the location to control which installed applications will be available to team members in this workspace.


Help can be used to search for support documentation or contact our Expert Support Agents 7 days a week 24 hours a day.
