In this article, we will discuss Parallax. Parallax scrolling is a technique where the background image moves past the camera slower than the foreground image. This technique creates an illusion of depth in a 2D scene of distance and is a great way to customize the background of your pages. Background parallax can be added to elements with a background menu, rows, sections, and the page's background through its individual settings.
Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:
A ClickFunnels account.
A page.
Step by Step Walk Through
Access the settings of the page or element you are editing.
Click the toggle next to Background.
Click the icon next to Image URL. Important reminder: Background parallax currently only works with images and not on videos.
Select the image or upload an image you want to use for your background.
Click the drop-down menu across Image Style, then select Full Center (Parallax) option.
Click the Save button at the top-right of the page. Important reminder: Adding the background parallax effect on a row, section, or element follows the same steps as adding it to the page’s background. Also, remember that there are elements that do not have the background parallax effect option.
Congratulations! You have reached the end of this article. You should now know how to add a background parallax effect on your page, row, section, and elements background image.
