Payments AI : Selecting the Type of Currency for a Workspace

This article will show how to choose a type of currency for a particular Workspace.

***Important Notes Before You Get Started ***

You must first select the currency you want in Payments.AI before selecting it in your Workspace. If you have any questions or need support with this process, please contact Payments.ai support at support@payments.ai or visit their help center here.

Each Workspace can be assigned a specific currency. However, once payments begin processing, the currency cannot be changed on the Workspace.

Steps on how to select a currency for a Workspace:

1. While on the Dashboard of your Workspace, click the Settings Tab

   

2. Make sure you are in the General section, and then scroll down to the PaymentsSettings area and select the currency in the dropdown menu.

   

3. Then click Update Workspace button in the top right corner.
