Custom Branding for Customer Center Login

This document will explain how to set up custom branding for your Customer Center login page. Doing so allows customers to see your brand’s custom logo and name when they are signing in to your Customer Center. The logo and name are automatically pulled in from the settings we will outline in this document.

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:

  • An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account.
  • A Live Customer Center.
  • A custom brand logo and name.

Step by Step Walk Through:

  1. To set the image, click on Site & Funnels.

  2. Click on the gear icon to access the Site Settings.

  3. Set the Site Header Logo to your desired image. This image is displayed on the Customer Center Login page.

  4. Remember to save your changes by clicking on the Update Site button.

  5. To set the title, click on Settings from the leftmost menu.

  6. Set the Workspace Name to your desired title. This title is displayed on the Customer Center Login page.

  7. Remember to save your changes by clicking on the Update Workspace button.

  8. To verify that the changes appear on your Customer Center Login page, click on Site & Funnels from the leftmost menu.

  9. Click on Customer Center.

  10. Open the URL or Preview in an incognito or private window to view your Customer Center Login page.

  11. Verify that the image and title match your settings.

  12. Congratulations! You now know how to customize the branding for your Customer Center Login page.
